iComply is a British CCTV Systems Software business founded in 2009.
iComply creates PSIM software (Physical Security Information Management) - this is CCTV control-room software - bringing together CCTV, alarms, biometrics, video analysis, criminal databases, and other data in a single management tool - giving operators a 'total view' of information available. The products already sell successfully across the world.
We have recently developed a new specialised hardware video recorder for CCTV and with that product have recently won an extremely promising ten-year exclusive-supply contract to supply a major foreign government. The potential value of this contract is north of $7M.
Margin in the new product is very strong & this second-round fundraising is to help market it aggressively. Re Tax - we are UK EIS qualifying.
