ParkShare is built to be cheaper and easier than all other similar sites. For a start it’s completely free of charge to search, join and list a space, and a user only pays a flat fee of 10% of the total once the space is booked (and we even pay their PayPal fees out of that too!)
But unlike all the other parking sites, there is also a ‘Community” option. A ‘Community space’ is one where no money is involved, just an exchange of services. For example an elderly person might have a spare parking space, but not have the ability to mow their lawn during the summer, or perhaps be able to get to the shops to buy groceries. These sorts of local and helpful arrangements can be listed completely free of charge.

Move'm changes how students search for housing. Think trip advisor but for student housing.
Students usually change house every 11 months, yet there is no service which compares houses from all estate agents. Landlords have become lazy, and all over the UK students are losing deposits and living in poor conditions.
Students leave reviews of their housing experience with Move'm. Other students can then search for their ideal house with our unique filtering system. They can read reviews of the estate agent/landlord/house and make an informed decision.
The other half of Move'm is geared towards estate agents. We can provide estate agents with detailed customer feedback, and valuable data about the local housing trends. Currently there is no unanimous feedback system for agents.
