This includes founders, SMEs, universities, and public agencies, all of whom benefit when AI becomes part of everyday work.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some governments are already taking proactive measures, even underwriting access to professional AI accounts to accelerate usage and close skill gaps. <\/span><b>Time-to-access is crucial:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if new capabilities arrive months later due to regulatory caution, local teams lose valuable learning cycles that compound into long-term disadvantages.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accelerating adoption means removing these barriers early. Governments and ecosystem leaders should focus on expanding access, offering training, and streamlining regulations so experimentation happens quickly and safely.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once adoption is underway, <\/span><b>ecosystem leaders face a pivotal question<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: should the focus remain on using AI effectively, or shift toward creating it?
