DIH is a special project of the City Government of Naga that is managed by the Naga City Investment Board/Investment & Trade Promotion Office (NCIB/ITPO) to build and promote the digital innovation ecosystem in the city.

DIH provides support, funding, facilities, and networks to digital or tech startups in the city.
