Roadless began in 2013, as my passion project inspired by spending the previous year abroad. In 2012, I lived in Los Angeles, New Delhi, and London and traveled through a total of ten countries.
What I've learned is that travel can create some of the most meaningful experiences of our lives, but there aren't any great tools for planning and reflecting on travel.
The name itself is a reference to Robert Frost's poem and our goal is practical: to become the standard tool for exploring the world and looking back on the unique adventures that make up our lives. By connecting all of your social networks to a location based search, roadless suggests places to visit for your next trip AND personalizes a map of your past travels in a visually stunning layout.
At the moment, the product is a web application, but our talented team is expanding it to a physical product that connects digital memories to an offline experience that can be held and shared with family and friends.
