We will be working on utilising technology to detect the most pressing conversations depending on various factors, such as: sentiment, growth rate, influence, potential reach and projected trajectory of the conversation.
Our aim is to identify these developing conversations from the noise and present them simply to the brand owners' attention at an early stage, in real-time as the conversation develops, allowing them to take action anywhere & anytime.
