We’ll offer a service (a development program called "Emprega-Habilidade"-Employ-Ability) that will increase the employability of newly-graduated and university students, aiming leverage their income and social conditions. Companies, who are looking for hiring, will be able to select not only by CV, but also by soft competences that will be validated by this program. Thus,"Emprega-Habilidade" will make the hiring process easier and cheaper, as well as may increase their future retention. The employability enhancement will be reached through the development of soft competences, using several techniques like: coaching, mentoring, e-learnings and outplacement. A WEB portal plus a technical call-center operated by HR and Coaching Professionals will power this scalable program.As main sources of revenue,we consider from employers/companies and Brazilian Universities, who will get the benefit of adding value to university brand since their students will be "strongly hunted" by the companies.
