Everyday we go in and out go shops, restaurants, pharmacies, have appointments with doctors or hairdresser, or even try a new brand of toothpaste, and automatically form opinions:

- What we didn’t like
- Would we go back again?
- Would we buy it for our Mum?
And all this information, our valuable feedback, gets lost too often. Sure we might tell a friend, leave a tip or check-in (foursquare/facebook), but it hardly ever gets back to the people who need to hear it most, namely the person running the business, and it isn't geared for improvement, i.e. constructive feedback for the business.
