The company will be primarily engaged in managing cinemas owned by other parties and in franchising its main brand - the "Cinema of the Future". The company will sell its expertise in cinema management, systems, and marketing; it will not build or own cinema halls.
The company’s customers who will purchase, lease or otherwise acquire the theater systems will be the theater exhibitors that operate commercial theaters (particularly multiplexes), or destination entertainment sites.
The "Cinema of the Future" is the cinema hall without projector, but with an ergonomic design where each seat provides an equal value of visual experience, and the screen is angled optimally above the audience.
