allyDVM is the veterinarian’s ultimate ally. The company’s myALLY suite of client communication services has demonstrably increased client retention and compliance at veterinary hospitals. The myALLY services are provided through two web-based portals: The Provider Portal and the Patient Portal.
The Provider Portal allows veterinarians to manage communications such as automated appointment reminders, which can be delivered via email, text message, and physical postcard according to the veterinarian’s preferences.
The Patient Portal allows pet owners to access their pets’ electronic medical records, request appointments and medication refills, and more.
Veterinarians pay a monthly fee for access to the base myALLY services. Additional services are also available - website design/administration; custom campaign management; customized, goal-driven programs that improve compliance; and consulting services.
