Health Plans, Pharma, Employers and Providers face a common challenge: a gap between their programs, and consumers taking action to improve health. We fill that gap by combing online technology and offline service, creating a platform that connects health care and consumers to drive action. It’s a virtual health assistant called “Allie.”
Initially we focused on adherence, which costs the industry $300 billion annually. Allie provides a unique approach beyond the typical quantified health apps.
Allie facilitates access through a mobile app combined with certified medical assistants that actually arrange for care. Allie provides incentives for adherence with rewards, gamification and social motivation. Allie’s action engine includes online ordering for medications, supplements and labs. Allie also opens a new communication channel between health care and consumer at the point of consumption. Allie is in the App Store now under Allayo.
