At present in Russia there is no adequate advertizing agency of a full cycle which could brag of the designers, creative ideas, advertizing in all spheres. All agencies are divided. Someone is engaged in outdoor advertizing, someone in advertizing on the Internet, someone in the press... And nobody has the creative directors, many even have no designers. Itself I worked in advertizing agency and I learned in it by own experience. In total idea which arise on work improvement, development of new concepts... all this is cut on a root by the administration, a kotor doesn't wish anything to change in this business. And so in all agencies. I found already team of adherents for advertizing development "new level".
