Currently considering a pivot into Mobile, Zadaqa wants to be the hub of cause marketing online. What Groupon has done for group discounts and Kickstarter for crowd funding, we aim to do for cause marketing, the rapidly emerging phenomenon where brands donate for every Like, Tweet, Subscription, etc. We will build a large, engaged audience, and offer easy-to-use tools for payers of all types to access and monetize that audience.
In the short term, we're a destination site that features existing "one for one" campaigns and drives traffic to them by notifying users of campaigns that may interest them.
Once we're more established, we aim to be THE place where these campaigns originate from, to help brands publish ongoing, engaging content, and to measure all of the interaction on the web with each campaign. We've had early interest from Warner Brothers and positive user feedback.
