Whether you want to find the best whole food sources of nutrients like iron, or look up any whole food to see what nutrients it contains, Wholesome can do it. You can then track what you eat to see how your nutrient intake stacks up against the USDA recommendations. Wholesome can easily show users which nutrients they are low on and help them to fill any gaps by suggesting what foods to eat. Next, we're working on recipes!
