WayRay is the newest multifunctional navigation system projecting augmented reality content right in front of the driver. It expands the boundaries of conventional driving making it safer, more efficient and enjoyable.
WayRay Data Processing Center takes data from city traffic management center. It works out an optimal route. Orientation is sharper than GPS/GLONASS. The route is graphically represented as an AR line proposing the motion path. It gives an impression that the image is applied directly on the road.
Unlike all other existing and proposed navigation devices WayRay lets you track information simultaneously while driving – without eye movement and refocusing.
Augmented Reality info is projected on the windshield covering 70% of its surface. In safe moments it will automatically switch to infotainment mode, showing POI, social networks and third-parties apps. The system is also a social network allowing drivers to communicate with each other on the road.
