The product currently stands exactly halfway between concept and prototype. It is a wearable power device called 'Boltt'. On the outside it is a chic minimal leather belt, but on the inside, sits a thin flexible powerbank that charges almost all mobile devices.
It charges smartphones (2-3x over), tablets (1x), google glasses (6x), smartwatches and most USB chargeable devices (approx 3500-4500mAh). It is able to do so thanks to a rare new type of extremely safe flexible batteries.
The belt is going to be very thin at under 6mm, bend radius of 15mm, and will charge via a mUSB port at the bottom so devices can be directly charged from pockets.
The vision for the company is to start with a powerbank for the hip and move on with an ecosystem of light, battery infused, cleverly designed articles aimed specifically at competing, not with other hardware, but with deadbeat items we already wear such as ipad/laptop cases (next product), shoes, belts, wallets, bracelets, hats, bags, etc.
