ListTrac – working with the top 25 MLS organizations in the nation, ListTrac gathers behavior analytics related to homebuyers and sellers viewing real estate listings across the Internet yielding 50 million casual home shoppers, 2 million serious homebuyers, and actual home sellers. Valuable predictive analytics are also derived by capturing characteristics of the properties being viewed by the homebuyer, e.g., buyer is looking at Victorian homes, homes in a retirement community, ocean view homes, etc.
DigitalFarmin – introduces homebuyer and seller audience segments from ListTrac into the ad ecosphere for advertisers to target. In addition to homebuyer and sellers, a third audience category of homeowners is available for advertisers to target in a new paradigm - targeting them based upon their property's characteristics and associated mortgages, e.g., old homes, homes with hardwood floors, homes with ARM mortgages resetting in the next six months, etc.
