Organic Non-GMO Lettuce, Kale, Spinach, Mushrooms, Herbs such as Basil, Cilantro, Dill and Parsley. During our first year of business we will sell 100% short crop produce which grows to maturity in 4-5 weeks on weekly harvest cycles. Things get interesting in year two when we will begin to sell vine crops such as tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers as well as Sea Food. We sell on site as well as deliver to local grocery stores and restaurants. While conducting research we have discovered that clients may have a need for crops that they often will sign contracts to have specific types of crops grown for them that we may not grow presently.
