Ustraap is a wristband designed for the blind and visually impaired people; it also comes with a wireless earphone and a tag device.
Ustraap improves the spatial perception of the user by sensing the environment, detecting proximity, hardness and size. The haptic feedback varies its frequency and intensity depending on the sensed data. If wore, the earphones produces sound feedback to replace or enhance vibrations.
Finally, the tag is a device that can be attached to a personal object; if this object is lost, by clicking a button on the band the Tag will generate loud noise to reveal its position.
