T.E.G./Tri Music Media LLC will provide consumers with the ability to download music via a kiosk in high traffic venues. Consumers will pay for each download using a credit card, debit card, gift card or pre-funded electronic account. Revenue will be generated from selling advertising on the kiosk video screens.
The primary target will draw individuals from Generation Y.
