Users track and share emotional events using an Android application (beta 3/10/14) and website (alpha). Research has long shown simple journaling mood states is effective at lifting depression and improving emotional management. Track A Trigger further introduces to users patterns of mental activity (protectors) that are employed by the mind to manage pain. Users identify somatic information (location of emotional energy in the body) as well as thoughts and feelings. Tracking an event initiates a series of "check-ins" where the user is requested to update their state information over time. User may also resource using provided or uploaded guided visualizations and 'process' unfinished child consciousness attachment wounds using the 'cube of rejection.' Sharing emotional states through email, SMS, twitter and Facebook support relational resourcing. Analysis of tracked states reveals habits for targeting in therapy and also evience of progress in emotional growth.
