The Rambling Epicure (TRE) is a daily international food e-zine, the first to follow global food trends & news in the domain of mindful eating. It's a venture for good and we are seeking capital to expand it.
TRE provides a marketplace for professional food writers & artists from around the world interested in promoting this mindful, responsible approach to real food shopping, cooking, & eating, as well as food politics, safety, history, art, literature & philosophy.
Our readers are highly educated, chiefly in Europe & the Anglophone world, but also in BRICs. TRE keeps them informed about restaurants, food products, wine, hotels & other lifestyle choices in line with their interests.
Thus far, we have supported this project through other freelance writing; custom-tailored culinary tours, cooking classes & tasting events; recipe development & testing; seminars & workshops. We recently launched a TRE label for products that meet our high standards & values.
