This application is a subscription-based service which aims at helping people to lose weight and to stay in peak condition. The app does this by sending the subscriber a text message that will encourage them to start exercising. Each message will contain a different text message depending on who the receiver is.
Having done research on a variety of people, it became apparent that not everyone has the same motivation levels; some people constantly require a positive push, others require a negative push to get them psyched up and ready for exercise. Therefore, the text message will be catered to the specific individual’s way of thinking to get them ready for action.
