New software developed by StaffGroove helps nursing home administrators simplify the task of ensuring compliance with state CNA in-service training requirements. CNAs can sign in to training on a variety of devices, including: laptops, iPads, card readers, and even smart phones. Based on requirements specific to your own state, the software shows you a complete picture of in-service training compliance at your facility.
In addition to generating warnings for CNAs who are missing required training hours or topics, StaffGroove also reports historical data, showing for each calendar year, how many of your CNAs did or did not meet state-mandated in-service training requirements.
Being web-based, there is no software to install, no IT team is needed, and the system will run using hardware and (optionally) ID cards that your employees already have.
