Aside from providing basic metrics such as outlining productive vs. unproductive time, ScreenAware relates time spent in front of the computer to specific projects or clients.
1) Identify and solve process problems:
The work process becomes more transparent: How much time was spent on a project in reality? Which parts of a project were actually eating up the budget? Is this problem consistent for different clients and project types?
2) Improve invoicing & controlling structure:
How much of the spent time can be invoiced to a client? Can future contracts be offered with lower rates to stay competitive?
3) Get more productive by cheating the weaker self:
