SKEDDI is a web-based enterprise management tool geared toward businesses employing more than 15 part time workers with varying schedules. The heart of SKEDDI is its shift scheduling capability, which generates work-shift schedules without assistance from management other than approval of specific request, while allowing employees to communicate with team members and management on a controlled platform.
Employees submit their availability, Day-Off Request, Sick Days, "Offer-Up Request", and can “Pick-Up” available shifts seamlessly online. Once submitted, SKEDDI alerts the manager to address the request with an approval or denial, which it uses to generate work-shift schedules without conflict. Employees are notified via email and push notifications of their request results and weekly shift schedules.
