Both are strategically located approximately 10-20minutes from Gatwick Airport, so the income possibilities are endless as there would always be people looking for a friendly, cozy, reasonably priced alternative to hotels. I would like to purchase both properties and later renovate them plus expand the car service as it currently has 17 vehicles for hire by guests. The car service would be split between both guest houses and as the car service is expanded, some could be rented for private use by non-customers, and there would also be an option to book car rental as part of vacation and short stay packages.
