Based on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concept, we worked on creating the first real Friend Relationship Management (FRM) system to help people optimize the way they organize their social activities.
...by introducing a tool initially geared towards home hosted dinner parties organized around the following three components:
• Data in the form of a digital notebook where users keep track of their friends' preferences and log their social activities,
• Intelligence of a smart suggestion engine that browses through the specific datasets to help users make informed decisions (e.g. meals to cook, friends to invite, venues to book, presents to buy, and much more),
• Daily routine integration with multiplatform access and leveraging other existing online resources.
