Research of Japanese market showed its focus on domestic consumers. Japanese online auctions provide no international delivery service, shop stuff usually don't speak english therefore potential overseas buyers can not purchase desired items. From the other side 300 million auditory of ex-USSR countries demonstrates the growing interest to internet shopping due to increase of inner taxes. My company is going to become "a bridge" which will connect Japanese sellers oriented on inner market with overseas buyers.
All what is needed for this startup: physical address in Japan and web-site in Russian & English language promoting our service.
I know such companies exist in US (people order products which can be shipped only to US to address of such company, and then stuff forward it to end-user overseas, with taking fee for shipping and service). No doubt such companies will appear in Japan soon as well. We have to occupy this niche before others did it.
