Neighborland is a web-based platform that empowers organizations to collaborate with residents on local issues. We also provide organizations with a set of real-world design tools to engage residents in public space and at events. Our goal is to improve the way residents, municipal leaders, and organizations collaborate during participatory planning.
We started with a simple question, “How can we help people improve their neighborhoods?” First, we built Projects for residents to get involved with issues they care about. Then we launched Questions, enabling organizers to collect insights from supporters. We structure dialogue around Actions to encourage residents, community leaders, and municipal officials to focus on feasible solutions.
After piloting over 50 projects nationally, we recently released Campaigns and Surveys, our first paid products. Learn more about how organizations like Google and the Knight Foundation are working with us - https://neighborland.com/about/campaigns.
