The aim of our art-therapy project is to help people develop, understand themselves and cope with different life difficulties using art and creativity. Drawing, painting, moving, dancing, making collages and other creative activities (everything that includes expressing yourself or perceiving the works of art) are the most simple and safe way to deal with great number of things: fears, anxiety, stress, difficulties in making decisions, in proforientation, personal life, communication, dealing with pain and body symptoms. It works wonderfully with children and adults, individually, in couples and groups. We believe that all the resourses we need are already inside us and art is one of the greatest way to find them and start using.
We also try to make the quality of art-therapy in Russia better, so we organize work-shops, seminars and trainings for art-therapists, psychologists and psychotherapists where they can share their experience and learn something from the real professionals.
