LokoHire is a self-service web platform for 1) recruiting and hiring local temp workers, and 2) paying temp workers payroll and benefits.
Currently if I wish to organize a small/medium sized event (e.g. concert, conference, etc.) or short term project (e.g. kiosk, renovation, etc.) that need to hire temp workers, I can 1) go to my local temp hires agency which costs a lot of fees (25-75%), or 2) post job ads on newspapers, job sites cost upfront fees for a low budget short event/project. Also, most organizers don't own a payroll system, only option is to pay with cash or check which I need to prepare upfront.

We charge a % fee during payment if they hire and manage temp workers' payroll through our platform.
