The core of the product is based on prescription data acquired via pharmacies. This data will then be segregated, structured and processed on our servers. This will then be available to our customers on a SaaS based platform which will provide analytics on core business areas viz. loyalty analytics, customer life time value, propensity analytics, churn analytics, customer segmentation, up sell/cross sell, competitive analytics, etc. It will also provide our customers with insights on their demand & supply, emerging markets, geographical opportunities, trend analysis for better decision support on new product development, scientific research, marketing strategies, etc.
