The Lar21 provides a system for managing labor requirements of domestic workers. Using the employer home phone, we log the working hours of domestic workers. Then, using that information we automate the legal documents required: timesheet with lunch breaks, overtime, absences, holidays, INSS (local taxes) and other amounts due. The employer just has to print the receipts at the end of the month and pay the appropriate figures.
Moreover, the Lar21 provides other benefits such as: template contracts (for hiring and firing purposes), trustworthy information and historical record, so that the employer and employee can safely establish a balanced and transparent relationship, protecting both parties from a legal standpoint. It is worth noting that the idea has already been praised by labour judges, lawyers and federal prosecutors.
