Kizoom is the maker of award-winning games for kids about the brain. Inspired by science showing that children that understand the malleable nature of their brain are more empowered learners, Kizoom uses quirky brain cell characters, fun games and technology that kids love, to help kids know and grow their brains.
Kizoom's first two mobile apps received top reviews and awards from Scholastic, Parents' Choice Foundation and The Children's Technology Review.
Kizoom received $500K in funding from the National Institute of Health (2013) to make educational products for kids about the brain and raised $26K through Kickstarter (2012). Kizoom is part of the SkyDeck accelerator program at UC Berkeley.
