The problem: Talent Engagement is limited to likes, comments and shares on Facebook and applying to jobs on LinkedIn. The problem here is that the engagement is static (few seconds that one spends in liking, commenting or clicking on apply to jobs) and many a times talent applies to a company without even knowing whether there is a culture fit or he/she has the right skill sets for the job.
