HighStride is a web and mobile application that provides personalized training plans to ensure that each runner successfully makes it to his/her finish line.

HighStride is the only mobile app that takes into account a runner’s history, present ability and goals to create a personal training plan. It bridges the free cookie-cutter plans with knowledgeable coaching at an accessible price point.
Upon downloading, a user inputs her running history and the goal race. Within seconds, she has a training plan whose final date is her intended race. The plan is built to her strengths and weaknesses, ensuring she will not be running too much or too little. She follows the daily training schedule and tracks each run step-by-step within the HighStride interface. Near her goal race, she signs up in-app for a few local mini-races to practice. Finally, on the day of the race, she is conditioned and in peak form to succeed.
