It's a mobile app for IOS and Andriod, which aims on helping people make their life better, add structure to life and if said easier to get new habits.
One chooses a habit (or habits) they would like to have or get rid of and start counting up to 66 days. After 66 days the mind completely adapts to the action and makes it a habit. It doesn't matter if you want to do sport every day or simply go to bed before midnight.
The app will remind about time of doing some activities, gives advice and motivates a person on doing one action through 66 days. If he/she fails only one day the progress archives and they have to start again.
It is simple and efficient.
