Online shopping is evolving into the next stage of interactive ness, openness, being social but still is very monotonous. Whereas in real life we shop differently. We shop in groups, with our friends and family, help each other, share experiences, buy in group, pay together, bargain and lot more. So we are building an experience that brings our real life shopping experiences to the web and includes the traits mentioned above. For users who are not social and prefer solitude, this degrades to a normal ecommerce site.
From seller's perspective lot of costs are associated along with going online. They have to install lot of extra software/tools for customer engagement. We are building a platform that combines all and gives them all the features at their hands and makes them the salesman. In coming versions, sellers would be able to target (at realtime) whom to approach for better conversion, whom to send newsletter, how to price products, conduct online trade fairs and invite users & more
