The employees of the dealership and customers communicate directly without having to know contact information. This also addresses reputation management and is highly attractive to the millennial generation consumer which is the largest growing segment of the buying populace. How do we get the buy-in of the customer? We provide the entire historical service information of the car on their profile. This information is only available in the dealerships mainframes and out of the reach of the customer. We have paying customers, our business model is recurring revenue and a request for information has been completed with a major OEM. We are dealers and know their pain.
