Using new technology in a manner we are currently patenting, the customer is able to play a full round of golf and other games at the driving range. Similar to GoldenTee, World Golf Tour, Tiger Woods PGA Tour or an indoor simulator, there will be an interactive video game application that allows the customer to play a full round of golf at our facilities. However, the stokes taken by the customer are real and based on actual hits, not algorithms estimating where the ball might have gone. Our facilities will be franchised out to other driving ranges. Our primary competition (TopGolf) is severely limited by their RFID technology. TopGolf currently has 16 locations worldwide (13 in US; 3 in UK) and 2 more opening in 2014.
Our technology reduces the margin of error with outdoor RFID systems from 7-10 feet to 2.5-5 inches, and cost roughly 40% of current methods.
