Imagine, you're going to run a marathon. You can read a book or use an app to get a training plan. The problem is that you can only choose 1 of 5-10 pre-set plans, and all of them don't know anything about you — they were created for some "average" runner.
So, you have 2 main problems here:
1. All useful and meaningful details are missing, because such plans don't know anything about you.
2. All these training plans are static ones. They can't change and adapt.
If you miss a few planned runs, you have no idea what to do next, 'cause your static can't adjust to real life.
Gipis solves this problems and creates training plans that adjust to your progress. If you miss a run, we update your plan, if you run faster or slower — we update your plan.
