Imagine if you are flying in a economy class and suddenly you get promoted to Business class. What you do? You tweet, post on facebook, go gung ho about the airline. Just by giving you better experience which was not expected, airline has made a loyal customer without resorting to discounts.
Similarly, our vision is to build products for health sector(later expand horizontally to other sector) by which management can delight the customer by giving personalized experience, better than what they expect.
We have built 3 products in this space:
1- SOLVE: Our tool will identify dissatisfied patient in real time and make him happy before he puts down his anger on social media.
2- INSIGHT: Management team has lots of questions for which they need answer like Wallet share? Other ailments ? etc. Using our tool management can get answers to these questions.
3- PERSONALIZE: Based on the captured data, we route the appropriate action to stakeholder so that they can delight customer.
