We built a comprehensive data-driven technology to calculate a customers' full compliment of measurements based on a seed of information provided by the customer.
We've extensively tested the technology output to fit customers in made-to-measure clothing, providing a detailed set of measurements that a tailor would typically measure in person. The technology can also be integrated on e-commerce platforms that carry “off-the-rack” sizes. Customers are paired with their optimal size in brands to prevent sending items to customers that ultimately won’t fit. Early tests indicate a return rate of 0.6% compared to the online apparel industry average of 27.5%
