There is not an accepted standard for measuring fandom. That’s the problem we’re trying to solve.
There’s an unlimited amount of data when it comes to athletes “body of work”. Fans are just as important, but they have no way to look back at their life as a fan, or the impact they've had on the outcome of a game.
A measuring device for fandom hasn't been invented yet, until now.
Fannect is both a social platform where fans can connect, and the measuring device that will determine an individual fan’s impact, as well as the impact of a fanbase as a whole.
Sports fans have no digital identity. No way to record their life as a sports fan.
Fannect is the gamification of being a fan, where a social network meets gamification.
What we've done is break down what it means to be a sports fan. Each of those things becomes a Fannect game. Go to the game - check in, guess the score - post your guess, get a picture with a player - post it. Read news, record how much you've read.
