We wish to reinvent market research by building a tool that can be used by brand managers to take opinions from their community. Currently, this tool will work with Facebook. Brand managers can take opinions from the fans that are engaging more with the brand or can take opinions from all the fans. There is an issue with Social Media Marketing in India. Brand managers are pitching investment but there is no concrete ROI. They do get opinions and reviews on Facebook page, but they are not segmented. We wish to segment and analyze the data for them so that they can make a decision based on the opinions.
