DoxBee is a system built on top of DropBox and designed to improve the DropBox document collaboration process.
DropBox is great for file sharing, but when it comes to document collaboration it has 4 problems.
1. Tracking. We don’t exactly know what happened with a document once we share it from DropBox. DoxBee tracks docs from the first to the last version with all the versions, changes and messages in between.
2. Comparing. We need to download the docs and compare them in Word. DoxBee does this in app and shows the differences.
3. Searching is by document name only. DoxBee indexes all docs and enables content search by words.
4. Email integration. Emailing is part of the document collaboration process. As such, it should be included in it. That's why in DoxBee all the messages connected to a document are part of the system, even if the sender isn't a user, but replies to an email sent by DoxBee user.
