Our aim is to provide a seamless solution that fits into a users existing workflow as opposed to forcing the creation of new habits. Most organisations have only a few people that need CRM like Salesforce, the rest just need contact management.
At the most fundamental level we achieve this through the address book, a concept that nearly everybody understands. Our initial aim is to make Contactzilla the ultimate address book for individuals and SME's, allowing aggregation and centralisation of multiple sources of contacts (social, desktop and mobile), team based collaboration and seamless integration with devices, all wrapped up in a very easy to use interface.
