Commit is a fitness tracker that also lets you create fitness challenges that you (and your friends) can colloborate or compete in. Most people would like to get in shape but lack the drive to motivate themselves to follow their hypothesized exercise plan. We believe in the power of group mentality -- people will feel more accountable and will want to not let down a group. Users can choose whatever form of challenge is appropriate for their needs and create different challenges for different circles of friends. Commit also tracks fitness check-ins and has a built in RunKeeper-esque cardio tracker.
Our app can be used by anyone who wants to exercise whether the user is a hardcore athlete that wants to track his workout, group of friends that want to get in shape, couples, people that are starting to exercise, or people wanting to motivate others to exercise.
