We provide an engaging communication channel and dynamic pricing to help film lovers reconnect with cinemas. We do this by turning user preference data into great last minute and advanced offers and continually improve by asking consumers what they thought of the films they booked. We have partnered with British Film Institute to build Cinester and to bring data into the cinema industry. A deeper understanding of their customer will help boost distribution efficiencies.
We don’t stop there. We also engage consumers to find out they thought of the cinemas they attend. We collate data to allow cinemas to benchmark themselves against competitors enabling them to continually improve their consumer experience.
